Boots 75% off sale - possible date

The stuff is nowhere near as good this year compared to last year.

But I am hoping thats a good thing... hopefully there will be nothing there that attracts the ebayers.... I can't see them being able to sell Fearne hat boxes for more than £10 can you??

EDIT - Jeeeeez the Boots site is being v v slow this lunchtime?? I wonder if everyone is having a look at whats left! This doesn't bode well for the early hours of this morning when us lot are trying to buy stuff!!

I'm so excited about this it's sad ! There is nothing in particular I need bit have seen lot's I want and I'm pretty certain I'll be able to pick up a few more christmas presents (my christmas cupboard is almost full already!). I do agree with what's been posted on here about how we go ott at these sales and end up buying people things we probably wouldn't if they didn't have 75% off so will bear that in mind when it finally happens but even if I can just get enough toiletries to last me and oh the year i'll be a happy girl !:)
Did manage to get some nice kids clothes last year 75% off so will be keeping an eye for those 2.

I have to admit that i fall foul of this.. esp as i have a rubbish memory and by the time xmas comes around again i've forgotton all the things i've bought.

I work in an office where i buy for quite a few people for birthdays/retirement/leaving/xmas throughout the year and Boots' 75% sale is my saviour in that respect!!

Just adjusted my online listed, got rid of loads of stuff... then added loads more

Has anyone any idea what stock is like in any of the Hull stores. I've only been to the Prospect Centre shop, going to nip to Kingston Retail back tonight just to get an idea, hopefully will drive past Prospect Centre shop as it will be closed to see if any of the 75% banners are up.

I feel positively serene knowing that I'm not [STRIKE]obsessing[/STRIKE] thinking about the Boots sale, it's quite a release to be honest.

I've had a look in a few stores and saw nothing that interested me.

Hope everyone gets their bargains tonight/tomorrow, good luck....it's a jungle out there.:D

Prospect centre had put all their bits together on Saturday...still tons of those hatboxes, makeup, bits of chocolate slabs, nothing too exciting.

Haven't been to Kingswood, Beverley didn't have much in at all yesterday.

hi im new and hope im doing this right! rang my local store in merthyr ( near Cardiff) and really nice male sa said the 75% sale would definately be starting tomorrow...yipee

does anyone know how early you need to get in store to get the decent stuff?! just checked out my local store n theres a couple of bits i want, the shop opens at 8.30 though n not sure ill manage it that early!
