I've found these sales probably cost more than they'd save me. I'll end up giving gifts to people that I wouldn't have or giving massively more gifts to each person (and little of it exactly tailored to the recipient). Or closer to the next Christmas I'll find something I think they'd like better or they'll drop hints for something else. Very tempting to buy secretary gifts at these sales, but I'm afraid they'll recognize the items as old stock, so I refrain. Hi all,

I was hoping it would be tomorrow...

Does anyone happen to know what the stock levels are like in Sheffield city centre? I'm away from home at the mo but am going back tonight and will try and get to the sale before work tomorrow. I'll end up getting to work extra early though so would like to know if it's worth it - as to be honest, there's nothing I'm desperate for

EDIT: On second thoughts, does anyone know what stock is like in Meadowhall too? At a push I could drive there and back before work...

Also, I've had a mailing with vouchers for £1.50 off a £15 spend - can you use these on sale items?

My first time buying in the 75% off sale this year! Usually buy quite a bit in the 50% off sale and still did this year but I plan on getting a few little sets etc from the 75% off sale.

My question is, if I get on the boots website at 7.30 tomorrow morning, are they likely to have anything left, I am looking at for example the fcuk sets etc..

its not so much if the website will have anything left its more if you will be able to complete checkout !! I was lucky last year I completed checkout within minutes of it going live but others waited hours

I have a few oddments on my favourite list which I will transfer to my backet in the morning when it goes live so hopfully it will go through easily again

Not going to bother racing to the Fareham branch though as theres not a lot there that caught my eye

Got quite a bit added to my favourites so I will try about half 7 (thats if its gone live) and if no luck I have all day to try after about 12pm.

Also, does anyone know if the fragrance box sets that are on upto half price now go any cheaper, doubt it but it is worth asking

I asked this a few days ago and was told the fragrance gift sets don't go any further than 50% off.
