I'll be gutted if it is as I'll be travelling miles away from a computer! So many sleepless nights all for nothing!0 -
I have been into Westfield Derby again this morning, went to get a bird alarm clock but they were all gone
Still loads of Fearne, Strictly, Chocs, Jamie/Campbells mugs, wrap, some toys, some of the vintage style stuff, Celia Birtwell. No S&S or Sanctuary.
Asked a SA (male) about the 75% off sale, he said it would be happening but would be a week or so away. The plot thickens. Please God, help me stop spending!0 -
Would just like to add that this is the same SA who refunded me the whole amount on a 50% off sale item that I returned with no receipt. So he gave me £15 instead of £7.50. This might make him unreliable as far as info goes, although maybe he is a bit dippy and didnt realise the sale was a secret. Please God, help me stop spending!0

If the sale had gone ahead on Wednesday,I would have bought loads.
As it is I am now questioning weather I want/need half the stuff and have taken stuff out my basket.
I wonder if anyone else is doing the same,I have found alternative gifts and am becoming less bothered about the sale.0 -

Oh dear, they don't do refunds without receipts, just exchanges. Looks like he may be out of a job soon :eek:Comping wishlist for 2017
1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuffThe more you put into life, the more you get out0 -
Now have £10 less to spend of my budget for Boots sale. Went into town first thing and still 50% as everyone else has reported too.
But all was not lost as was passing Claire's Accessories and took advantage of their 10 for £10 offer. My haul was worth £123 full price not that I would have ever paid that, I think Mr Boots will have to go a long way to beat this and have now ticked off 10 presents off my list. :T Couple years ago caught the Boots 75% sale and a really good Claire's offer on same day. Not to be this time.0 -
I ve also now got much less to spend in the boots sale, went to check if it was on this morning & ended up in claires ended up spending £50 but got loads of great bargains0

Just been to our Boots, which is quite big. Not much there on 50% - looked for stuff I'd buy if it was on 75% & couldn't find anything to get excited about. Went to Monsoon & Gap & spent my money there on 75% off clothes for me & ds - & to M&S for yummy Dine-Ins & £5 off £25 with their New Year voucher.
Sorry, Mr Boots, you kept me hanging on so long I just lost interest!0 -

Yes I totally agree with you there, the more time that passes the less I feel the need to check the Boots website, the less bothered I am if I get anything in the sale anyway and other sales (that are already at 70% off) are just more tempting and far less stressful.
You know what Boots? Keep your hat boxes! I don't want 'em! LOL!Midwife in the making....0
