we dont download dodgy stuff
we use the iplayer youtube msn joost and my son plays counter strike on line
we can have up to 5 comps online at the same time
the capped service would not work and i feel we are just an average family0 -
for the last 3hrs ive been watching the golf online so my usage will have gone up big time
i have had 14 months internet from redten and am more than happy to make 1 last payment for the free computer and monitor i reckon the monitor is worth about £100 and the computer about £100 so i would be happy to end the financial agreement with 1 last payment of £200
does this sound reasonable0 -

Looks like news of our plight is at last reaching the outside world.

"Redten customers face long battle
IT seems that the Redten Internet debacle is not over yet and will not be for a while.
Customers not only still suffer from the problems documented over the past couple of weeks (slower speeds, new limits on download etc) but could now have to take the company to the small claims courts to get out of their lengthy contracts.
Redten could sort it all out by increasing the recently introduced monthly download limit which is the one thing which angers the majority of customers.
If you are a Redten customer and are looking for some info it has all been collated into one place at this handy website setup by another Redten customer, www.deadten.com"‘I am not a number, I’m a free man’0 -

Dont forget that Clode will try to apply late payment charges to your account and as it will be you breaking the Clode agreement if they took it to court and won you could also get clobbered for their costs
The only way out seems to be to take them on in the courts unless Redten goes broke which is very likely, as the courts expect us to try very hard to reach a sellement it could be some time befor anyone reachs that stage roll on thenWho cares ??0
