Paulies is one of your pupsicles a husky? My friends husky dug through her sofa when he lost a toy under it, for them it's.....logical? Wolves would do the same, it's classed as great problem solving using your digging skills but bad for sofas........her pupsicles don't sleep in the living room any more! Do you have pet damage on your house insurance?
Pigpen will be thinking of you

I've had a few busy days & head not quite round flying, I've done not so much but I'm happy & it's not a total hovel so that's ok. I'm up to date with the 'normal' lists but not done all the extras, that's fine by me. I've got another meeting to get to so my dreaded bedroom is on hold, if swimming group is on tonight anything in there will be on hold, again..... Right, off I pop, hugs all round, have a great day xx
One day I might be more organised...........

Oh the joys of being married to a decorator. Rant over. :o

That made me laugh...my step-dad is a retired electrician and my mum has always had to wait ages for electrical jobs to be done. Once, after she had been asking for an outside light for around 6 months, she put a jar on the side labelled 'outside light' and started saving money in it. Soon got my dad to do it!

On a flying note, I've done my dailies and defrosted dinner. Kitchen is straight, hallway hotspots tackled and desk relatively clear. I'm at my mum's today and out this evening so no further flying will be done, but I will catch up tomorrow.

    Have a good day,
    Take care

  • You cant see the culprit of sofa destruction in me picture. Thats our male husky and our beagle there.
The female husky has a sofa obsession :( (beautiful and loving black and white)
Comes from when they used to live with DH's ex. She'd lock them down stairs and dissapear into the spare room. They'd get bored and Mystic's developed a sofa habbit. In fact the one that them pups are sitting on in that pic is long gone :( This is our "new one" which we had a whole 6 days before the first hole appeared.

Digging through sounds perfectly logical - typically husky :)
Usually I take each dog running every day and they would be way too tired to get into mischief, but I'm a little pregnant with a history of loss, so they arent going out as much as they should right now.

Making Flying extra hard though, Missy's in full moult - lounge looks like a husky exploded in it! The stair carpet is no longer chocolate brown and I'm changing our bedding every couple of days. :rotfl:
In fact I might go back to monday's list. IF I can get back out of bed :eek::eek:

Here's some gentle encouragement from me - just do what you can when you can. How about setting a timer for 10 mins and just doing little bursts of 10 minutes rather than a whole 30 mins? Each thing you do, no matter how small, will make a difference.

Paulies_nixie, don't worry about the dogs not going out so much - you're growing a little person and you need to take care of yourself. As for your sofas, wow - we have a Jack Russell and I thought she was a monkey but she's never dug through a sofa!

Right, off out now - will be back at 12 after collecting DS from pre-school and got a cunning plan whereby after lunch he helps me do an inventory of all the tins in my cupboard; we'll make it a game ;).
