Just a quick question mid-fly, I am going to look online now but does anyone know anything about insuring engagement rings? I don't know whether house insurance covers it, will check, but it cost OH quite a bit and I would be devastated if anything happened to it.

After spending some time in residential therapy, the last thing that is recommended is TV. Books and Music are fine, but TV/DVD apparently really muck up your sleeping patterns. Hot bath and a book!

In terms of waking up through the night, I use an I-Pod with a relaxation tape, or if that doesn't work I get up and clean. The worst is lying in bed thinking 'I can't get to sleep'.
Amazing, isn't it, how different things work for different people? :oRelaxation tapes send me up the wall and halfway across the ceiling as well, as all they do is make me extremely cross. *shruggy smilie*

My favourite cure for sleeplessness involves ....um.... shall I say a "willing partner".;)

Flying wise, I've caught up a bit more, but likely to fall behind again tomorrow as Mr LW is working from home, on early shift, and we have to go out and collect my meds when he finishes work.:o
