Hello, just posted on last weeks forum, duh!
Kitchen ? No running water so not a lot of point. Maybe tomorrow I might do some flying. DH has hoovered the whole house and changed all the beds. DD is providing washing facilities Don't know what we would without our generous neighbours too.

Monday ~ Living Room, Porch and Hallway
Level One
Wash windows
Level Two
Clean doors and door furniture
Check smoke alarms..
Level Three
Wipe over sofas
Vacuum under furniture you can move without damaging yourself
Sort services/chimney sweepings and suchlike

Extras

1. Clear and clean fire surround
2. Sort through one hotspot.. see how long you can keep it clear!
3. Wipe/dust electricals and sockets and switches!

Tuesday ~ Kitchen, Utility and Dining Area
Level One
Level Two
mop floors
Clear and wipe window sills.. do not put back the junk.. bin it!
Level Three
Clean one small appliance thoroughly.. microwave, kettle, iron,
Clean appliance filters.. WM, DW, Kettle, Vacuum cleaner.. cooker hood..
Extras

1. Order and organise the spices and sauces.
2. Sort the cutlery drawer
3. Medical box - restock and inventory. I'm sure a lot of us will have run out of the vitals the last few months!

Not sure if anything else will get done this week though lol

Hmm, may get a forcefield, anyone know where I can get one? :D

Redundancies are being announced at DH's work tomorrow, bit worried, trying not to dwell on it. There are some to come at my place too in the near future.

No, it's perfectly reasonable to enjoy getting things into some sort of order, whether through flying or decluttering: you'd be amazed how much better you feel after a good clean or sort out. Especially in terms of the time saved. Not to mention money...

well i lost you all lol wed is my main cleaning day so will try and do as much as tomorrow as it seems to be falling apart again ,i'm doing a run to the tip tomorrow and charity shops and get rid of the last of christmas.have got 5 phone calls to make and was hoping to start an art class tomorrow

Hi folks,

This coming Saturday, January 15th, we are planning on taking down the Forum for a time to install some new code. This is part of ongoing work and you won't really notice much difference initially.

The work will start mid-morning and while we anticipate being down approximately 8 hours. I'll provide more specific details here later in the week.

Ok - havent gotten to the list yet - but have been through all the clothes in the LO's room again as he has taken a stretch again and the clothes bought just before xmas are getting a bit short in the leg!!

So - have filled a bag for a friend and a bag for the charity shop and have filled a basket for the ironing lady. Have sorted out two loads of dry laundry which have been waiting on being ironed/put away. That has all now been folded to go straight into drawers or into the basket for the ironing lady...

I really need to have a sort out of my drawers next and get rid of more carp - I seem to just be hoarding clothes. despite having had several clear outs! .... I never seem to have room to put my clothes away so there is always the excuse to leave stuff in the ironing basket cos there is no where else for it to go... sad, I know.

I have also listed two chairs on Ebay - I dont expect them to get much but it all goes to decluttering, cleaning and making some cash while im at it so who knows - even if I get 99p, they are out of the way and it saves me a trip to the tip and the cost of fuel xx
