    Part of the Furniture
The day was fantastic! Nothing, other than my speech (even though I was reading from a script, I still managed to screw it up and miss chunks out, but nobody seemed to care!) went wrong. The weather was pants in the morning, but as soon as I got to the venue with my family the sun came out, and remained out all day!

The first few sample photo's of the day can be seen here on the photoraphers FB page (I have checked and they are public viewable so no need to sign in):

Photographer was fantastic, he was also found on here! As you can see from the sample photos he captured the day perfectly! Can't wait to see the rest!

Still recovering from far too much to drink, took the car back this morning and the suit's are to be returned tomorrow!

So its all over :( honeymoon over :( and back to :( normal!

We had a fantastic day, everything went as I had planned and all our guests got on and had a great time :j

Despite our venue having a power cut the morning of our wedding the venue staff were amazing and were soo helpful ensuring everything was going how we wanted it. It really was amazing :):):):)

My 9yr old stepson was just amazing, running errands between our rooms before the Wedding, looked cool walking down the grand staircase and aisle to Star Wars played by our String Quartet and despite having his jaw rebuilt 4wks prior to the wedding (born with a cleft palate) read his reading word perfect and confident!

Things that I'm glad we had on the day:
    • Having my hair and make-up done professionally
    • Going for the big dress instead of something simple
    • String Quartet
    • Keeping our guest number low with only close family & friends
    • Professional flowers
    • Having a videographer
    • Paying for all our guests to stay over at the venue as it was really nice all to have breakfast together the morning after
Although some of our wedding wasn't very MSE other parts were to make up for some extravagances:o

I've not got our photos back and am not sure how to upload the ones I have due to their size but heres a link of a sample our our video (we're Emma & Gary).

Thanks to everyones help and advice over the past year while we (I mean I!!!) have been planning our special day.

We got the sample of our full video and watch it last night. It captures all the highlights of the day (much to mr sharpee's dismay as it has his whole speech in which he cried!). So glad we had it done and so pleased with it. Especially as the day went by so fast!

We're now settling in to married life and couldn't be happier!

I'm now on my next project of looking for a house for us to buy to keep my busy now I have no wedding planning to do:( We do both feel a bit 'ah it's all over' bit of a come down.

    Hello everyone.

Well it nearly back to normality for us now though still got our party to look forward to in May. Loved our wedding day, we had 9 guests and 4 dogs at it and wouldn't change a thing. It was so personal and very laid back.

Will post a link to photos once they on photographers site. We have a disk though and I love them.
