midnightraven -when I did them the other year I got some little tool box type things from Woolworths.........no chance this year but for a change I'm doing old fashioned sweets in layers in a jar for grandchildren and a few others........any kitchen jar suits me -just put a cover on the lid.
We've got an old fashioned sweet shop just opened here so think I'll get stuff from there..........like to support the local shops where I can
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

those are nice but very tiny if I'm reading the dimesions right 2" high by 1.25" across the top you'll get one boiled sweet in there if your lucky!

I got my boxes from here: http://www.shcweb.co.uk/eshop/section.php?xSec=5&xPage=1&jssCart=5ab605afc2d1588948d18380f5c7a82f last year as I couldn't find any local ones cheaper.

I got the Medium 18 compartment ones and they were the perfect size.
Trying to make a better life.... If you need me you'll find me at the allotment.
  • :Tthats the kind of thing i am after

    thank you
    the little buckets are small
    but so so lush:j
