if anyone is interested...I have just bought a HUGE 3.5kg tub of Swizzles sweets from tesco's for £9.99. These will come in very handy for making my sweet hampers and for Halloween. The Parma Violets are smiling at me as I type, saying "eat me". lol

Thanks just looked on-line and they are usually £19.99  so thats a good price :T will take a look next time I go in the shop as they didn't have a piccie on line.

Oh yeah sorry I forgot to mention...they are half price until the 30/10/07.

And on the subject of these sweet hampers I have walked the town today looking for boxes, The Works, Woolies, tesco's everywhere and no luck:mad: Might have to take a trip to Hobbycraft (30+ miles away!)

This is the one I've just finished for my little brother (well, he's 26) - Large bags of sweets were 60 p each (200 g) in Julian Graves half price sale, all of the swizzles stuff was BOGOF mixed bags in somerfield plus a few extras (like Wham bars and sherbet fountains). I need to find some curly wurlies closer to christmas, but they won't last if I put them in now! Contents spread out below...

And in a bucket - (he'll just chuck a basket away, so a bucket was a better option here, even if it doesn't look as nice)

Thanks for the ideas guys - my brother is really difficult to buy for and this was a nice solution :)

I looked in Tesco Extra yesterday for the compartment boxes at 97p but couldn't find any  I will try in another tesco just incase but has anyone found any others for a similar price.

I have checked my local cheap shop and they didn't have any.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help!!

I looked everywhere toowent to woolies, wilkos, 99p stores, poundland had some small ones with screws in which you could empty out but they were about half the size of the ones on here.
My local Asda had them for 2.49 in the tools section was looking for a bit cheaper myself but if I dont find them I guess Asda it will be
