198 balloons, and 22 'cloud 9s' later
Have put them up in the lounge, dining room, hall and kitchen. The rest will go out in the gardens. They are looking very party-like and great even if I do say so myself!! Will take a photo of them and show you - probably on Sunday.
From my list of jobs to do today I only have our anniversary cards photo frame left to hang up, but I can't do that till MrD is home.0 -
Oh Natalie have you done the balloons already? Will they stay blown up properly this early? I bet they look brilliant!
xThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -
My practise ones lasted at least a week so I'm sure these will be fine for 2 days
Lol I don't think we could do them on the day - not with everything else that is going to be needed. Lol MrD came home and said 'ooo doesn't it look weddingy' :T (Right answer lol).
I'm sat playing with the few photos I've taken and those I have nicked off my mum's FB in iPhoto and have started to build us a wedding album. Really looking forward to getting everyones photos to add to itI hope to have it completed by the time I go back to school in September so I can take it with me to show off lol.

Hey ladies! I can't believe so many of you are married now! Congratulations!

^ ^ Hi Alice (wxy), I have seen your blog and your dress is finished and looking great.
I finished work today and was given a lovely card and Euros from staff. My admin friends have done there own collection which I get on my wedding day when I see them. So I now have wedding cards up and an envelope of money, vouchers already.
My Bestest has been round with her gift this evening and I admit I actually cried as she won't be able to share my day. Trying to think happy thoughts now of my final fitting tomorrow morning for my dress.

Don't worry wxy, a whole week off will really help you get the last jobs done
Hope your final fitting goes well FutureCooper.
Friday's salon visit for me involves a french manicure and fake tan, which means I need to finish as much cleaning and schlepping as possible beforehand, so as not to mess up my nails :cool:0 -
We have agreed to go out for a meal, just the two of us, on Sunday evening (our wedding day!). The BBQ/party is scheduled to finish at 6pm so we want something special to do with our evening. Probably go to the Indian round the corner that does a divine vegetarian korma, in all our wedding gear, and have a glass of something nice in a local pub.I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.0
