Isn't it lovely seeing all those clappy smilies!!! Not long now till we'll all be in that group!!
I have been and changed my name at our main bank:T, and have my driving licence sat here ready for posting - will venture out to the post box tomorrow at some point.
I feel a bit odd today - can't tell if it's hung over (I only had one drink!); lack of sleep; or this cold thing catching up with me. Regardless though I'm now off for a nap until the Husband gets home :T0 -

Well it is so nearly the end of my my last full unmarried day at work. Just tomorrow morning to get through then a week of running around doing last minute bits.
Natalie i am sure this has been discussed/analysed and put on a spreadsheet but what time is your wedding party? Is it a day or evening affair? and when is the fab diving hm?
There will be lots of bridal activity this weekend and i am sooo excited for you all getting married. The sooner i get to see you all off on your HM's the sooner it will be our weekend :j0 -
The party is at 5pm on Saturday.
Actually really looking forward to it now. The BBQ was like a warm up party - and to check the 'systems' would work (like the signage I've put up with arrows to the toilets :rotfl:).
The honeymoon is on 26thWe are diving 27th- 31st July, twice a day - cannot wait!!

I read this and thought, aw, that's nice, then I realised ONE OF THEM'S ME!:j
Just finished work - it was quite odd leaving, as I'd been working up to a big launch deadline next week, and it all went quite smoothly - bit of an anti-climax - very odd to just leave. I did get a card though, so they're more organised then I suspected!
Right, packing, washing and finding things to be packed are the jobs up next! And choosing the music for our wedding video.
Are you feeling better smithkinson?
Are you all set quaveriw?
Did everyone admire your DIY handiwork at your BBQ MrsD?0 -

Just been out with my daughter/ BM who wanted to buy me tea as our last evening out together before in her words - i become an old married woman! We chatted about the order of the day and the rules of the house when I'm on honeymoon. Eg NO house parties!
Also just got a couple of lovely 'Thank You, your kindness is appreciated' cards for my friend who's offered her Jaguar to drive me to the registery in and my hairdresser too as she wont let me pay her for my updo on the day. Thought I might get them a compact mirror each from Monsoon too. Between them they've saved me a lot of money.0 -
And so the prep for the party has begun. I have decorated MrD's mum's decorating table and put all the alcohol out, well as much as I can fit. (OMG I'm so used to writing that - going to have to start calling her the MIL!! lol). Piccie can be seen on my FB wall.... I don't want to post it here and be told I've got too little :rotfl:
Next job before MrD gets home from snooker is to tie ribbon bows on the legs of the garden candles we've got.The MIL (lol) is coming to help me blow up 200 balloons tomorrow!

Mel I think that is a lovely idea - to get those who have helped you a little something
(Not sure if I said - lol it's such a blur - but MrD's mum cried when he gave her the photoframe. I think it's these little things that will make it memorable for everyone involved!)0 -
Ive just ordered my nan a photoframe from Next as a little thank you as she paid for our cake- and also just because she has done a lot for me growing up, she is bound to cry when we give it to her- she is very emotional!!
200 balloons! thats a lot of balloons!!0
