Ha there is oodles of alcohol!! Think I may have gone over board on that - I don't mind if we run out of food but I dread to think of us running dry!!

Well I've just paid the DJ - just waiting on a date to go and give final numbers to the venue and then I can pay for that too and it'll all be done!

Today we have paid the final bill to the venue, paid the vintage bus and sorted the cash for the band and photographer.

Had a lovely few hours sitting with the kids and all going through the disco playlist we want between the bands set. It was surprising how 70's disco my teens wanted. We even practised a few moves!! We are planning on doing something all 4 of us - think along the lines of The inbetweeners. :rotfl:

That sounds fab Mel!! I know we (I) had fun going through my play list for the party. (Think loads of cheesy SClub/Five/Boyzone :rotfl:)

Mr Ghostlove sent his passport application in on the 16th. First applications take up to six weeks to process. We want to fly on the 23rd. I want to book the honeymoon but the passport website says not to. AAARGH.

Tomorrow: get vaccinated, visit my mum to dig out baby photos, bid on my last few bits on eBay (and pray that they arrive in time), decide on final cake/desserts. We're thinking of having a dessert table rather than a single cake, we've worked out that we can get the following for £95:

1 large and 1 medium M&S iced sponge 'wedding' cake
24 mini macarons
36 mini cupcakes
lemon tart
huge Victoria sponge
apricot tart
(plus my mum's friend is making an extra chocolate cake)

It works out at about 160 portions. Should be plenty for 100 people, no? :):):):)
