I'm all by myself today!

Went for a walk at lunchtime, took off my cardi and am now quite pink! Told you I was fair skinned! :rotfl: Better lay off the sun this evening. How long do I have to keep this up for? Good thing was that it was very handy getting exercise and sun at the same time!

To be honest I've had an ongoing headache for just slightly over a week. It isn't surprising given all the stress I'm under (not wedding or DIY wise - that is a nice relief to be honest).

Wedding things I've done - sod all lol. I have just sent MrD's sister a message to see if she's decided which reading she would like to do so I can finish the ceremony plan off and get that sent off next Wednesday along with payment. Eeeek! Less than 8 weeks to go! :T

I've got everyone to agree to do their readings and prayers, whoop!!!! Now I can finalise the OOS!

The diary is filling up! Makeup trial this Sat, meeting florist next Wed, ahhh exciting!!!! Where am I going to find time to exercise and get a tan! :rotfl:

Glad you have all your ceremony details sorted wanchai . Our registrar confirmed today they had all our details and we're good to go.:)

I am officially better and was working today - I now have a V-shape pink patch on my back.... must either tan evenly or not at all in the run up to the wedding - I'll be getting out all the strapless tops too! At least when I go for my fake tan on Friday it'll be plausible, given all the good weather. My skin is so dry though, I hope I don't look patchy!

Just paid off our honeymoon - ouch! There go the savings... ah well, that's what we've been scrimping and saving for:money:

I need to sort through the photos I gathered yesterday of my and my BM through the ages - and see if I can remember how to work my scanner!

Well I dragged myself to the gym- it was difficult as its so lovely outside!!

My bridesmaid gifts have come, they are lovely so Im very pleased with them.

Baby boots- glad your feeling better today.

Wanchai- sounds like everything is coming together nicely.

My bestie, who happens to also be Pagan, has offered to have a go at writing the handfasting ceremony. I told her as long as she doesn't mind me being hypercritical she's welcome to - and she said she didn't only not mind it, she expects it. So that's one massive weight off my shoulders!

what a lovely day, shame I haven't seen much of it lol, I have no windows in my classroom haha!

I've been to the gym but I am suffering at the moment from a knee injury so I'm having to go low impact. Really annoyed because I don't want to have to take a break because I'm in the habit now, but I equally don't want to make it worse! Might go to the pharmacy and see what they say.
WOuld read and comment more but I'm shattered at the min so am going to get an early night. Chat soon xx

I went to my second personal training session this morning, he made me really work hard! I feel great now though! I have another session tomorrow (at 7am! :eek:) I was sooo chuffed earlier when OH said 'Bl00dy hell, you've lost a LOT of weight!' I could have jumped for joy! :j

Apparently M&S said on FB that they're not doing 3for2 on wedding cakes this year :eek:, but I am going to hold off for a while and see, I think that they may be lying . I've got a code for £5 off wys £30 on food and drink and it works on wedding cakes, so could use that x3 when ordering - better than nothing I guess!

Can you please share the code Wanchai - I am ordering my M&S cakes this weekend. I too was waiting for the 3 for 2 but i don't think its happening. Their wedding cakes are proving so popular they don't need to promote it!

I have just ordered my doweling from ebay as it was half the price of the M&S ones and they are exactly the same. Just need to get the ribbon ordered/brought a try to perfect my bow tying. I am planning on just tying a bow around the bottom layer and securing it with a brooch in the middle, like this:
