:rotfl:haha- thats how I always justify pudding as apple crumble is my fave so I say 'well it has apple in and apple is fruit and thats good for me!!' I definately need the odd treat in a small portion or I would then have the biggest every portion!!
I havent worked out yet what is for dinner, so far Ive had
fat free yoghurt drink
porridge
banana
half a carton of veg soup
I still have 2 apples and a low fat yoghurt for snack. May have something with veg for dinner!!0 -

Wanchai - i'm an inspiration, well i never thought i'd ever hear that :rotfl:Now i'm blushing! I have been good again so far with 28g of Puffed wheat for breakfast. Tasted gross but they are really high in fibre which i need on SW plan. Then its beans on nimble toast for lunch and quorn chilli for tea. Snacks will be fruit and maybe an options hot chocolate made with skimmed milk later whilst watching IAC.
Congratulations on the dress also sickasachip . . . .any pictures ?????? we love to share!
I love fairy lights too, am having similar thoughts lol!!!! :rotfl:
Yes, you did inspire meYour food today sounds good too. I've had muesli with a tiny bit of SS milk for breakfast and salad sandwiches for lunch... and a naughty nibble of a tiffin square!
Oops. Dinner will be something VERY light. Drinks so far today = one coffee + one mint tea.
I am soooo impatient to go dress shopping again
Oh btw, we have confirmed the time of the ceremony (1pm) so I can start designing the invites, can't I?7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs14 Feb: 10st4.5lbs

I'm using 'berry' lights (fairy lights that are little balls instead of twinkly ones), to wrap around the legs of my gazebos. I would have them all over the garden but then I'd been to trapse extension cords everywhere to plug them all in.
Something like this:
Sorry it's such a big picture.
Well today I've been good. Although I had hiccups for about 90 mins at one point (after having them last night for about the same amount of time). Lol just glad they are gone in time for Yoga at 6!
I've had usual breakfast, left over chilli con carni with boiled veg, tea will be chicken dry fried with roast veggies, snacks are/will be yoghurt and a hotel chocolat choccie. (Did you know there is around 70 calories in one?)0 -
Yaaaaay Wanchai congrats on confirming the time of your ceremony - yep get those invites created - we demand piccies0

70 calories, eek! I sometimes have 3 in one sitting sometimes, will have to cut that out!!!

Lol you missed my point. I was saying it in actually there isn't as many as you'd think!!! Because it's higher quality cocoa they need less sugar to give it the chocolatey taste we love and hence there is less calories in 1 hotel chocolat truffle than say the equivalent of dairy milk. I have 1 every night0 -
OK, well maybe I will cut down to one a day then7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs

What gazebos are you having? Is your wedding outdoors?
We're getting married in our local registry office immediate family only, on the Tuesday followed by a brief BBQ as everyone will have work the next day. Then on the Saturday we're having a big 'reception' for 50 guests at our house - in our garden. (Fingers crossed it doesn't rain). I have got two cheapo gazebos from Tescos - got them when the Royal Wedding was here and people were having street parties. They were a bargain - got two 3x3m white ones for £34 - £17 each, including postage (free!). Even if they collapse not long after they will have done their function - am hoping to sell them on afterwards though. (To buy a 6x3m marquee you're looking at around £120 - well you were last Summer - haven't researched them recently).
Picture two of these next to each other with fairy lights wrapped around their legs.I cannot wait!!
Have also made paper hearts to dangle from the roof (and around the rest of the garden):
