We have just less than a year to go and nowhere near as organised as anyone here! Need to get a move on I think!

Welcome pbny!! Don't compare yourselves to us - lol you could ask anyone who knows me - they'd all tell you how much of an organised control freak I am lol. :) When do you get married? :)

Thanks, it's the 7th but still got 90% of stuff still to do! Photographer is my next big thing to sort and music but just hundreds of little things after that, have been sounding out everyone I know to see if they have any wedding related talents I could use!

Thanks guys re the bracelet idea, I thought it would be nice too. My name is Tracy ( I think I have mentioned it but I can forgive you for forgetting as I am rubbish with names)

I think organising cake has been quite a funny experience so far, my aunt makes wedding cakes as her profession so she has agreed to make ours for free..

My older brother on the other hand was at bluewater shopping centre a few weeks ago and found out that Krispy Kreme make a doughnut wedding cake! Now he really wants me to get one of these, I have no idea how much it would cost (I imagine a pretty penny) but it does look very cool, and krispy kreme doughnuts aren't too bad! (although some are a bit sickly) I'm trying to figure out whether we can fork out for a krispy kreme cake now as we dont have to pay for the proper cake, just for the sheer fun of it all.

I am thinking it is probably a step too far!

    Enjoy the cake sampling!

Well done MrsD on the race for life!

Just a fleeting message but you've made me think - how about a chocolate cornflake cake as a wedding cake?! Lol - I adore them!! :)

Time for a longer reply - lol have done my after-school exercise. Downloaded a new(er) Davina chapter - just call me sweaty betty from now on! :)

Michelle when are you off on your Jollies? Are you all packed ready? (You're going away with your OH first aren't you then going on to scamp camp?) lol how does he feel that you're more excited about the camp? :)

Tracy - ah yes now you've said your name I can remember you telling us it was "Tracy" without an e. :) Great that your aunt can make your cake for you! I am going to have to go and google Krispy Kreme doughnut wedding cakes now! :)

Well I have 3 days left at school - then on Friday at around 10am I'm off down to my friends - she lives in Rustington, near Littlehampton (west of Brighton). Sunday is the race (my number is 10017 incase you come and cheer us on Emma). Then I'll be back home on the Tuesday night (hopefully in time for Yoga). I will have access to the internet while I'm at hers but obviously I won't be spending too much time on here while I'm in her company cause that'd just be rude! Then on the Wednesday I'll be baking 12 cupcakes for MrD's birthday. I'm doing normal ones with normal vanilla icing on the top. But then I'm going to put on crushed maltesers, buttons, smarties, minstrels, cadbury's caramel, and nestle areo. Fingers crossed they come out tasting as good as they sound... although I'm not sure if I really want to eat too many of them!! Lol I have a wet suit to fit into! THEN on the Thursday I'm off to get my hair done (hurrah - red needs topping up - and can check my hair dresser is still able to do my hair before the wedding). After I've got my hair done I'll be shooting off to my CBMIIWHO's house, staying the night there, then on the Friday we're off rock climbing in the lakes/dales (lol can't remember which).

Have I already told you all this? Lol can't remember. :)
I'm waffling - but then there is no surprise there.
