Tomorrow afternoon we're going to a Koi show in Cambridge - and on Sunday I have the dreaded Hull Race For Life. But other than that I don't have anything planned.
My aims for the summer hols:
Write my examinable component for my final module towards my Masters of Education.
Give Notice (1st August)
Find out when we need to pay for the registry office.
Sort out the back garden (which involves hiring a mini-digger to dig up the remains of a hedge we used to have before they built a fence the other side of it).
Buy a wetsuit, snorkel and mask. (August payday)
Get my fork and spoon engraved (and take photos)
Order my ring (IF we have enough money left over from July's pay).
Take photos of bouquet and buttonholes - although I may change my mind with these - I would like a photo of the button hole as MrD wears it, and I'd like a close up of me holding my bouquet with my dress on.
Things I have planned:
Going to near Brighton next Friday till the following Tuesday.
MrD's birthday.
Off to Eurodisney with MrD's family (not really looking forward to this as I don't like rides and I don't like loud noises - stems from when I had glue ear as a child hearing very little and then suddenly could hear everything when I had grommets fitted, so I won't like the carnival, the loud music, or the fireworks.)
Off to a couple days/weekends away with MrD's bike racing (think we have two trips to Anglesey planned).0 -
Well that'll teach me to reply to this thread before refreshing it.
CONGRATULATIONS LAURA AND HUSBAND TO BE!!:T:j:D:T:j:D:T:j

Completely unwedding related but I had grommets as a child aswell!!:rotfl:0
-
lol and do you like loud noises? Apparently my mum was told I would get used to them but never have!!0
-
Im fine with loud noises (hehe most people would probably say I am the loud noise!!:rotfl:), but I do have a habit of talking quite loud but I put that down to my hearing not being 100%, the one thing im not good with is change in pressure and ears popping- Im not good at landing time on aeroplanes!!0
