Hey- hows everyones day been?

Mine has been ok- nothing wedding related done though- think ill be busy over the next few days finding a new car as one one ours (our old little very reliable runaround) got written off yesterday:mad:!!

Im sure ill soon get distracted with wedding stuff though!!

Oh no Emma - what happened to it?

Well I'm all excited my red balloons came today - lol I'm being bridezilla about them at the moment - because they aren't burgundy but then I was struggling to find a true burgundy (and not purple) cheaply online. These *will* do. (They are cherry red). My magic balloon pump also came (it blows when you pull it out as well as in). AND all my glassware etc arrived as well. Love the plates and the wine glasses. The wine glasses look a wee bit small but then I'm used to how much my mum drinks lol. I'm going to spend some time tonight (lol I can't possibly wait till next year) wrapping the napkins around the cutlery and gluing (somehow) a ribbon round them (so the ribbon doesn't stick to the napkin).

PS Nope - no good. They are shiny rather than pearlescent (my fault), and totally the wrong red. Not that I'm OCDy!

Someone decided they wanted to be in the same lane as oh and bang- crashed into him, hassle and expense we could do without.

Oh thats good about the plates coming- and I look forward to seeing the cutlery pics!:)

Stupid other road user!! Hope you manage to get a replacement sorted soon enough - although like you say it's just another expense!

Thanks, hopefully it wont take too long for us to get a new car, just need to decide what we want and hope we can find something suitable.

Well I have decided tomorrow night I'm going to start the preening ready for wedding dress shopping lol. Am going to give myself a full on eyebrow attack, and may even paint my nails

Right off to play with some ribbon cutlery and napkins
