According to these guys your travel insurance can be in your maiden name:

Ok, cool, thank you very much. Now I know what name ill be able to book it- although I was debating whether to wait until the end of the month as some companies dont insure for a holiday more than a year away so I wasnt sure if I would get a better deal if I waited, will have to have a think!!0
-
Although this one says to have it in the same name as your passport (i.e. your married name).

Lol I think it'd be best to phone your insurance company up and ask them.0 -
Oh its so confusing! I may pop into thomas cook and ask them and see what they say, but I will probably check with the insurance company when I decide which one to use!!0

Just think... in 96 hrs time I will have been dress shopping and hopefully have a dress chosen (ever the optimist), and you will be at your Take That concert!! :T0
-
You must let us know saturday how you got on- I will be regularly coming on here on my phone at take that to see how you got on!!:D0

Lol you just try and stop me!!
My table confetti came today - got 3000 little tiny 'crystal' hearts... lol no idea if they will stretch far enough for the job - but they are soo pretty I'm sat here just playing with the bag lol (daren't open it in case I lose any lol). I *may* have to have a practice with the banquet roll and table runner (planning on buying that over the Summer Hols). 3000 spread over 6m (ish) of countertop.... that is 500 per metre... mmm. I suppose it doesn't have to be a huge splattering because the worktops' be covered in plates with food. Maybe I should just sprinkle them around the cake stand (we have a little 'one unit' on it's own in the kitchen that is going to be the cake 'table'. Then the main work top is going to have the food on. Then the other one (which is longer but has a sink in the middle) will hold all the alcohol and glasses/plates etc. Plus I plan on filling the sink up with ice to act as a big ice bucket. Decisions decisions!!0 -
I think you will be suprised at how far they will stretch. I got I think it was 1000 pink scatter crystals and thought 'is that it' but when I just scattered them on the sofa they went further than I thought they would.
Im trying to decide about name place cards. I cant decide between these ones:

or these ones (with a pink bow ribbon)
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220755887423&var=520033406692&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Plus Im not sure on how it all works- ie could I put the 2nd ones through a printer? or would they be better handwritten (in which case I think I would rather go for the butterfly ones! Oh im clueless and indecisive!!!:rotfl:0 -
Personally I prefer the second ones. But could you not make your own? Buy some good quality card, pop it through your printer - using the same font as your invites say, cut them out, and stick on some bows. You can buy packs of pre-made bows that'd just need sticking on if you didn't want the hassle of hand tying oodles of bows.0

Hmmm- I didnt really think about making my own, I will have a little measure up over the weekend to see how many cards i could get out one piece of a4 and will then have a little look into it. I did see on ebay some ready done bows but they didnt look quite so nice so may have to have a little look around.0
