    I have emailed the sun and asked why I cant book a second and mentioned that others have been able to book 3 or more and all I want to do is book my £9.50 in accordance with their terms.

    I am tempted to book a second mail one in my OH name as they have the park I want and several dates I could go! I just wanted to have a break in March as work has been very slow and boring recently and I feel like I am going insane. We cant afford a holiday abroad this year due to saving for various other things and therefore was looking forward to booking my second sun holiday now I have made some money selling on ebay!

    Its annoying that others have been able to book loads of holidays.

    I am wondering if they have stopped it because people have been selling/giving away their codes to others on here and on the internet or something.

    Had confirmation in post today and we booked online on 14 January for a holiday during the school holidays in May. We'v been given option to upgrade which we will def do, as I didn't get option of upgrading when we booked on line.
  • Didn't receive a priority code so emailed them, no response so we sent off the vouchers and a cheque and then today they send through my priority code. Phoned them up and they said it's best to let the paper application go through as they can't cancel it and I'll end up booking and paying twice if we go through with it!

    Bloomin marvellous ! :mad::mad:

    We booked and paid for ours online for October, in the free entertainment passes/ free service charge time.
    Then this morning we got a bill from the holiday park, for linen hire £8.50(which we didn't want) and £19.50 service charge!

    Adding £28 to our holiday. We specifically chose the place where we were going as it had the free S/C /entertainment passes, so !!!!!! is all that about?

    Has anyone else been stung like this?

    ring the park number on the confirmation letter and ask them? when I got my confirmation last year i got the linen taken off as took my own.

    i would contact them and query the service charge if its meant to be free.
  • Bit gutted about mine :( Booked for parkdean hayling island for 25th April and were ging to upgrade but its £100 :( So will cost £204.30 to upgrade (with service charges etc) but its only £189 to book through Parkdean. 1st time i've booked a sun holiday wasn't sure how much it would be to upgrade (was assuming about £50) So now have to take a chance on a horrible, dirty caravan when i'll have a crawling baby ;(

    I booked to stay at Parkdean Sanford last year with the sun promotion and I didnt pay to upgrade. We got a brand new three bed caravan with heating in all the bedrooms and bathroom. I think the standard of Parkdean accommodation is better than the other holiday companies so I'm sure you will be fine.
  • Just got a reply from the sun regarding them not allowing you to book 2 holidays as you were allowed to book 1 £9.50 & 1 £15.00 holiday. & when we tried we got error messages saying we were not allowed to book another holiday as we had already booked one

    there reply was
