can only ask
If you add on Home Phone you have no option but to move to new packages. You are better off staying with BT for phone.0 -

oh ok thanks i thought someone said earlier they were allowed to keep their old package and add home phone
to be honest i dont really like the idea of a constantly renewing one year contract with bt as we are probably going to get a tv package eventually and it would make it hard to change.
i might need to think about how much we actually download 20gb would probably be enough as we dont download much....
to much to think about will talk to my other half thanks
might move to primus for home phone its only £8 and only a one year contract0 -

The main problem is the traffic shaping on this tariff.to be honest i dont really like the idea of a constantly renewing one year contract with bt as we are probably going to get a tv package eventually and it would make it hard to change
snip
might move to primus for home phone its only £8 and only a one year contract
You do realise that primus is also on a rolling yearly contract?

i said about the line rental option and was told id then need to pay £3 a month for evening and weekend0 -

Possibly a retentions rate. I was given a £36 credit to stay with them - that would amount to £3pm but it was given as a one-off credit.
Either that or you are paying £120 up front for their Linesaver option?i said about the line rental option and was told id then need to pay £3 a month for evening and weekend
So that would be £13.60 for E&W calls included then? Your previous post said £10.60 with E&W - which is it?0 -
