Debt free by Summer 2012 (if not sooner!)

LOL - well I have thoroughly analysed it and the good news is next month's interest is under £90!!!!
This month it was £1.58 less than estimated due to the overpayments. Hoped for more but hey ho! I am impatient and I know it lol.
DFD for CAP1 estimated as Feb's pay packet 2012. Let's hope this reduces to at least Christmas 2011! How fab would that be. Then Next and Cap1 would be gone in the same year.
Bring it on!!!!
Whoop!!!!

Well done DF, keep driving that interest downLBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Thanks hun.
I have just called Next and asked them to reduce my credit limit. The guy said although balance at £512 they can set limit to £150 - I said that'd see me as over limit won't it. He said no it just means every time I make payment the balance will reduce and the credit limit will too until it reaches the £150 mark. Once I pay off the who balance i will then call and close the account. Works out well as credit file will see the balance and limit reducing too.
Small changes add to a big difference (I hope!)
Need to do this for Cap1 once I have enough space on there to allow me to reduce it. At the moment I have about £50 I could reduce it by.

Have put £10 petrol in as that was the contents of my purse! It has hardly touched the sides! It is ridiculous the price of petrol.
Plus VAT increase on everything grrrr.
Looking forward to next week when I can replenish my cupboards on pay day as they're looking bare.
I have just been for 3 mins on the sunbeds as next to petrol station which hubby bought for me a week or two back so will have a nice bit of colour soon. I find that's always a boost.
Also there's a Zumba class the girls at work are going to which I would love to join and £3 a week so that's coming out of my pocket money leaving me £8 a month. slight problem is I don't have £3 for monday lol!
Then a week tomorrow I finally have the hair appointment which I didn't have this month as used the money to pay CC! So I should be feeling more feminine and human again come next Saturday!
Also I am starting to plan my holiday clothes which feels good as i have never done this before!
I am achieving more being skint that when I "had" money! LOL.

Cap1 said on the phone before they couldn't close or block my account which I kicked off about a few pages back lol - so I have sent them an online meesage from my account to see if I have any luck there.
Will see if I get a reply by Wed apparently...!

Thats good news about your Next account. I have listened to some excellent advice from yourself and Rachel and have now closed the account
You will need to let me know how you get on at Zumba, there is one starting up with me in a few months time and I am really excited about it. Havent seen how it works yet but I have heard all the stories :j
