Debenhams is actually terrible price-wise, got a £50 voucher for Christmas (which I am very grateful for!) but seems my best option is to buy 2x£25 Amazon vouchers with it! Everything is just so over-priced

I had despatch emails for all 3 of my orders this morning and they were delivered an hour later!

me too!! just received some lovely jewellery for birthday pressies this year, almost a 1/4 of original price!:T

Stuff isn't overpriced in the sales,i've had some good stuff recently,for example,a gorgeous wool coat for 26.70 that was priced up at 89 pounds.

Although their customer service always leaves a lot to be desired,i ordered these coasters and they didn't turn up in the parcel and they were on the invoice,i emailed them on Monday evening to query and receieved a reply today saying unable to fulfill which i thought strange as they are still available online.
I just rang them,waited ages as one does,then they tell me they have had loads of complaints about the quality of them so they aren't sending them out to anybody,BUT you can still order them online though !!
Why on earth are they still showing as instock online,dear oh dear,they get worse!!

No despatch emails for me, but I have just recieved my 2 orders from Thursday night.

Has anyone else found the d'hams website to be particularly uncooperative?! Nearly always impossible to load then backs you out when at checkout! Is this just my experience? Perhaps my paranoid internet settings are part of the problem...hmmm?

I just wanted to give some feedback on debenhams customer sservice - after a number of class grabbit scoops, I placed my order one was for arran aromatics perfume £6 instead of a £10, and a towel bundle two sheets and a hand towel £17 instead of £60 on saturday night, some new undies a massive £9 instead of £40 for the set....
I eagerly unwrapped the lot on my return from work on monday night!

So no complaints here - quality was fine!

Hi hipsyhopsy,

I have an 8Mb connection and I still find the Debenhams site to be terrible (times out a lot) especially during sale time (other websites sites are fine apart from Boots :mad:). I have contacted Debenhams customer services to give feedback. Maybe you and anyone else with this problem can do the same then maybe they'll put some effort into fixing it for the future.
