ordered things just before xmas and one arrived two weeks ago by hermes, one arrived by citylink 2 of 2 and the following day the 1 of 2 turned up-wouldnt rush to phone cs they take forever to answer and just say wait so no point!

I last tried phoning about a week ago but i'm on payg mobile (no land line) and because it answers straight away but then then puts you on hold it was eating all my credit so i had to hang up in the end:mad:

You can email them by using contact us on their site,it's back working now.

have to say been lucky so far and no cancelled items and my next door neighbours in luckily and took my xmas orders and when next stuff comes with hermes they tend to post it if it fits or leave a card usually a middle aged woman with a car or a middle aged man, lol. saying that they shouldnt post things without signature,

but its better then my royal mail postman leaving things outside my door and I live right by a busy road 3 houses from the double bus stop in and out of town where you also get off to go to homebase and dunelm no porch, bushes or anything to protect things and I have made many many complaints and been assured they had words as its very serious etc and guess what few days later same again I find a parcel on my door step but as it was wrapped in a shopping bag (instead proper envelope) it was still there.

however beware ordering breakable things, I had a whole set of crocks broke by home delivery network chucked over 6 foot fence on concrete when it said fragile in 2 in letters all over the damn thing.

debenhams seems to be having some issues at the mo, we usually get our orders within 2 or 3 days max, have even ordered late in the evening and got it the next day before. order placed on 3rd arrived yesterday 11th with no dispatch email, second recent order we have had with no dispatch email.

Just checked my bank account and an item I ordered on the 6TH has been refunded but have had no emails about this at all... and an item ordered on the 1ST is still not here....What going on DEBS ????????

Looks like they have sent out the despatch emails after the orders have already been sent out.

I had despatch emails for all 3 of my orders this morning and they were delivered an hour later!
