Looks like things are getting despatched next day and take another 2/3 days to get to customer. HTH.

You'll probably get an email back saying to contact customer services. If you haven't received an email to say they've been despatched the chances are they haven't . What did you order?

I ordered on the 3rd and only reveived orders today,no dispatch emails either so hopefully yours are en route.

The order i received today,there were the 3 items on it i ordered at the same time,two were of the same item and they arrived today BUT the 3rd item on the invoice wasn't there and the invoice said it was 1 of 1,is it likely it is missing and wasn't packed, i'm wonderig if it will just turn up on it's own ?

that happened to me before xmas... spent ages on the phone only to be told oos and my credit card was only charged the stuff I recieved

are the items all the same kind of thing? like as in mens/womens/kids/home/health and beauty or they all different?

The two items i got today were tea light holders and the missing items are coasters,but they are still showing instock now,so it seems strange they weren't sent together.

normally they would be all sent together, because they all from the same warehouse, and if its showing on the dispatch note, normally means they should of been dispatched together, should give cust services a call, they should refund it instantly if it isn't a split delivery, which shouldnt be because they all the same sort of item.

i'VE RECEIVED MY ORDERS FROM DEBENHAMS FOR 2 DAYS ON THE TROT NOW, BUT HAVEN'T HAD A SINGLE EMAIL TO TELL ME THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY LIKE I DID BEFORE XMAS, BUT VERY GLAD TO HAVE RECEIVED THEM WITH NO PROBLEMS. :T

I last tried phoning about a week ago but i'm on payg mobile (no land line) and because it answers straight away but then then puts you on hold it was eating all my credit so i had to hang up in the end:mad:
