These Radley keyrings were on the website at 70% off but they have now sold out online.

I saw them in store today, not marked down at all. I checked at the till and they were 70% off the same as online - should be the same in all stores.

They are really lovely, got one for me and one for my mum. There are several colours, black light blue and I think red.

I got a Pilgrim jewellery set(earrings and nacklace) was £35 but got it for £10 and a book called 50 ways to kill a slug for a gardening friend who has a terrible peoblem with slugs in her garden. It was £5 marked down to £2.49 but when i got to til it came up as £1.49. Not sure you will all be rushing out to buy this one (!) but it was a lucky find for me!

I ordered loads on 6/1/11 no despatch e-mails yet - rang customer services whom advised they are behind with the e-mails but items were despatched next day so should be with me Wed latest.

Looks like things are getting despatched next day and take another 2/3 days to get to customer. HTH.

I work for Debenhams customer services, and I can honestly say (and probably shouldn't) that the way things are dispatched from warehouses and the way the stock system works is rubbish. Firstly, the website isn't a live stock system, it updates about every 5 hours or so, so there is every chance when you order, you will have the order cancelled due to stock avalibilty, even if it did say in stock when you ordered.
We use hermes as a courier, and even though it states on the website, delivery in 4 working days, they actually have 10 working days to deliver it, and even then if it hasn't been delivered, they don't have to refund, they can just send a 'tracking request' to the couriers to see where the items are, and 9/10 the couriers have lost them.
Any concession items come direct from supplier so either come royal mail or private courier, which we don't get any tracking information for, so therefore you will get told to wait the 10 working days. If you want to complain, the email address you complain to, doesn't work and has been down weeks, if your lucky enough then you might get put through to the complaints team, but this normally doesn't happen!
Personally I find working for Debenhams a hard task because you get the same complaint constantly but it doesn't make them fix the system or make it any better!!
Debenhams online ordering ISN'T customer friendly what so ever!!!
I've worked there a year now, so I know it all inside out from repeating it every single day. Sometimes if I could, I want to recommend to people to shop else where!!
