Dreams Beds Ripped Off my Disabled Mother
Comments

Hi,
We have finally had sense from Dreams. They have agreed to send the two massage units with wireless handsets (confirmed by Email and due for delivery next weekend). We have spoken with one of the directors who appeared very concerned at the treatment my mother had received.
So she should finally be able to use the Bed. :T
Thanks for all the advice
Excellent outcome in the end!:j
Oh Batman, what great news:beer:.
And thanks for letting us know, its always nice to get to know how things work out (especially when its a happy ending!)...but it can also help anyone else with a similar problem who finds your thread!
Well done for not giving up :T:T0 -
Fantastic news. Hope your mother will be pleased with it now
Well done!

If she paid for the bed she should have a receipt stating what she paid for. If it doesn't match up with the bed she received she can point that out to them. If it does it will be her word against theirs. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0
