no, as people have posted PES6 has been scanning as per the offer for a few days. It also depends on the store some are really good at sorting the problems sorry like to give stuff free others dont.

Tesco Head office made the nessasery changes to sort the loophole out almost as soon as we pointed it out. you will need proof that the price for PES6 were as you said.

It seems that R&Rs are being refused on these even when they admit there was not the saving advertised.

Its a difficult / high profile one to persue.

Went on a little trip round 4 Tescos today.

Picked up some misspriced bingo games for 61p each, Cranium family edition for £6 odd instead of £24.99, found a store with lots of misspriced Xbox 360 games - Star wars (and CS ever so helpful - offered full refund without me even asking).

Did find a Motorolla pebl with old SEL expiry end Oct at about £119. Scanner broken in that store, went to till and it went through at £99. Thanks for the tip about paying in cash. Suddenly discovered didnt have enough money!

Was a nice couple of hours, must do it again soon!

But Mr T says refund policy doesn't apply !

You paid the advertised price / sel for item. Its just the savings didn't add up so no refund.

However its not clear if this will hold up as people persue the legal channels.

They have, I believe, commited an offence.

Well every shop I visited had it priced at £37 but it was definitely scanning higher.;)

You know your a serial R&Rer when

1) You frequently make a detour from your usual home route just to look for R&R's
2) When you walk into the store the very first thing you do is check out the CS desk for familiar staff. If you don't recognise them you raise a little smile.
3) You head straight for the gadgets/games section even if you only want a pint of milk.
4) While visiting a town you haven’t been to for a while you wonder if there’s a Tesco with potential R&R's in which have been fixed in your local.
5) You decide not get a small R&R on a dead cert as it will raise your profile but each future visit you check to see it if it's still there and get more obsessed with it until you finally give in & claim it. SEL removed! Profile raised!
6) You read the MSE misprice/discussion threads more than 10 times a day

7)….
