I've just checked my receipt and have noted that I've been overcharged on a bag of prawns.

Should have been £1.99 BOGOF, but have been charged £3.99 BOGOF.

Can't even find the deal on their site, but will pop back into store on Wednesday to see if I can get my money back! That'll teach me not to read the receipt there and then.
too busy looking at r&r!! Wondering how many r&rs have been over charged

had 2 r&rs today. in one store x-box game splinter cell sel 37.97, till at 39.97. went to cs, showed her ticket. offered difference, i sais i ' was overcharged on a cd the other week, i got my money back and kept it' cs says ' you obviously know your rights. she then went on to explain the policy to me, showed me the board and promise etc. r&r no hassle, no aggro.

second store 2 lots of champers & chocs. no sel, in box at 18.00, till at 20.00. went to cs, showed her. offered difference, said as no sel tesco done nothing wrong. i pointed out policy on wall behind her. one phonecall to manager and they offered to r&r one set, but not other. cs and i then discussed the differences between two identical boxes - 'if i can have r&r on this one, why not other one??' 2nd phonecall to manager resulting in ful r&r. cs friendly, not bothered, said ' its not my money, don't worry about it'.

just goes to show they're not all dragons and sometimes if you play that little bit dumb, the cs will actually lead themselves into full admission of !!!! ups!!

What is the policy on number of items you can buy without problems, eg: say if something is popular so they would say only a certain amount per person, I think it is 6?

Anyway, had a problem getting r&r on 3 x £49 odd, no manager on at the time, so need to go back during normal business hours, due to the amount (was £150 odd) - I've seen people get more back than this is one go, was it always dealt with by the store manager and nobody else?

Just flags you up as someone who is aware of the misprice and from their point of view is abusing the policy, how many normal customers buy 3 portable TV's in one transaction?, found the same item tonight and got a refund with a smile and an apology.
