exactly, the level of training in your average tesco store is appalling. Most staff learn as they go as there is practically no time allocated for proper training and being made aware of new offers etc. I should know as I used to train staff, only for them to be put back on a till before they had finished any training.
This is down to poor management so just lay off the assistants and always take up any point with the duty manager.

Maybe its that time of night but that made me grin :D

    Agree in general.

    Evening all...

Went out after work tonight to blitz tescos with my 2 brothers and a mate.

    And we did :rotfl:

    1st store

brother 1 : 3 xbox 360 games, rocky horror dvd, all charged above sels
    brother 2 : 2 xbox 360 games
    mate : simpsons dvd set

    Total r+r £269.xx

c/s dudes were laughing and awesome , thanks guys

    store 2 brother 1 2 xbox 360 games
    brother 2 1 x box 360 game

Massive argument with duty manager, offered refund, took 20 minutes, i said no thats not right, i know the policy its on the blue board! Her, nope ill r+r one, and refund 2. me : nope full refund on all please as per tesco policy
Then started accusing us of being scammers :rotfl: and buying the same xbox 360 games, i said i dont know what you mean. Then i went upto random customers in the queue and asked what they thought of tesco overcharging :rotfl: Then shouted loudly, "we have been overcharged and tesco are ripping us all off today" people looking, my brothers hiding, me going psycho :D Lady still refusing, claimed i know the policy, yes its on the blue board, do you know it? lady : yes : me : well we will have our money and product as per policy, she then bans us from store then decides not too, as i kicked off again announcing to the whole store that we are banned because tescos have ripped us off and broken the law. Finally gives us full r+r on 3 xbox 360 games, ( 2 seperate transactions) but accuses us of lying ;)

    So our haul

5 copies of Lego star wars on the x box 360 sel £37.97, charged £39.97
2 copies of splinter cell on the x box 360 sel £37.97, charged £39.97
simpsons series 1 dvd sel £19.97, charged £39.99
    rocky horror ( sel £17.97, charged £19.97

Full r+R from 2 stores in total of £339.25 in 2 hours :rotfl:

All i can say is good on you ladz and Respect keep up the good work :D

Local health trusts would leave you in the community, for 'Community Care'
:rotfl: :rotfl: ;) , cos they've got no 'fortune' worth saving.

    Community + Care = Oxymoron

I have two rival health care trusts in a bidding war on me just on the basis of that post...something to do with being a unique test subject. One has nice restraints, but at the moment I tend to favour the one with the better drugs ;)
