5 pay days this month LT - I am going to be beside myself with spreadsheet happiness!!

I have another bargainous purchase to report... I new T-shirt for the gym. Had £13.01 left on a voucher, so only cos tme an additional £2.98. I can live with that. Oh, and on Sat, Mr.T had loads of kids stuff reduced to £1, so I got DSS a new shirt and a fleecey jumper. There was thick, long grey scarf in there that I almost bought last week at £10 - it was reduced to £3.00, so I had that too! :O)

I like getting things for not a lot of money!!! x

Good 2nd payday of March everyone!!!

And, although it is payday, and everything is where it should be, there is no extra to move around this week. I have the grand total of +£4.81 in my current account, with £10 due from bingo and £16.22 from Q.co. They should hit sometime next week. I do have money in my purse and fuel in my car though, so I am relatively content!!

I am, however, pleased to report that the value of the interest due on my old OD this month....is......£1.86!!! Happy days! So, that is 4p less than last month and so far this year I have saved £10.20 in interest!!!! The CC is due by next Weds, so need to look at that over the weekend! :O(

I have ordered a pair of shoes online to see if they will match my bridesmaid dress. Now, I am not usually this organised (wedding end of July), but the colour is proving a little hard to match in shoes, the shoes that do match - I don't like!! And, the ones that I ordered were reduced from £99 to £39!! (bargain!!!) If they don't match/fit there is a free returns policy, so nothing lost really.

Nothing else to report really - kinda wishing this money thing was all over now - just getting a bit bored of it all! But, I can't grumble.... I am in a much more fortunate position than a lot of people with debt!!

Hope everyone is ok? Nats x

Good morning All (and a big HELLLLOOO to Rags!)

Well, it is March payday 3 of 5 today!!

Online banking has been checked and money moved as appropriate.

Q.co money showing in bank this morning too, so have shifted that over!! (I do love cashback / free money!!)

Rags - I would love to have the time to be an extreme coupener too - just not enough hours in the day though!!

This weekend we are off to visit OH' aunt on Saturday and hope to be back in time to watch the Rugby. Sunday is Mothers Day - my brother and I are taking mum out for lunch! Yummy!

Oh!!! News (how could I forget??)!!! On Sunday, I booked a weeks holiday for OH and I.... off to Turkey! Not going until mid-September, and this is by far the furthest in advance we have ever booked a holiday!! Only the deposit paid so far - with the rest to be paid in 2 installments. The agreeement is we will use the surplus that I have syphoned off the household account into savings and then we are going to boot fair and ebay our little donkeys off to make up the balance (which won't be a lot) and spending money.

Having a holidy booked means that I now have a target for losing a bit more weight and so does OH!!

Must do some I 'spose! Laters, Nats x
