Me again!

In the interest of reducing the interest on my redundant OD, I have just 'borrowed' £50 from the household account until the 30th Jan. This will then go back to the household account and then go off to the separate 'savings' account.

Gosh, I like to like a complicated financial life - but it keeps me on the ball and interested in what is going on with my money! Happy Days! x

You're a girl after my own heart with 'borrowing' budgets to save interest etc. Because i know i generally have a pretty good handle on all the transactions i do very similar things and park money in places to get a little bit of interest.

LT - please take the dull, dull, dull away! It is just so.......... dull! Excitement and a bit of stress would be good! I think that's why I am moving money on a daily basis at the moment - keeps me on my toes and creates a bit of interest!

Well all, its Friday again! Nothing really to report - money all where it should be. The only thing that is niggling me is that I paid 3 cheques in over the counter at the local post office on Wednesday, and they still aren't showing on my balance, despite the guy saying they would clear the next day! I have messaged my bank to see what is amiss - there will be words if they are still missing come Monday!

people just don't seem to cash cheques as quickly as we want them to most of the time Nat, tis a tad frustrating to say the least, don't they realise it will muck up our financies? payday here on friday so i get my one day a month to sort out my finances, very jealous that you get one each week rather than on a month lol
