Back with an update and this weeks ponderings later! x

I love a good plan - it may not work.... but I love a good plan!
  • Here I am!!

It's Friday again! And that means, with almost no variation, that it is PAYDAY!!

    And in other news.....
    • Have had a quick look at the old online banking and it matches perfectly to my spreadsheet! Happy Days!
    • I found a £5 note in the tumble drier last weekend (caught up in the filter) so that went in my purse! Would have been on target not to spend any extra this week, but ended up starting my chrimbob shopping so paid out £9 for 2 x necklaces at a jewellery party! Not bad at all me thinks.
    • I have also reached the withdrawal limit on the online game site so have withdrawn £10 from there (all free money as have had my initial £10 investment back already - but still waiting for Q.co cashback to cough up £15!). That £10 will cover the contribution for OH to join me at my company's Christmas meal!
    • Must pay the CC tonight (or get OH to do it as he has faster payments!) as it is due tomorrow and they are incapable of allocating funds over the weekend!
    • Got clubcard vouchers through this week - £35.00 thank you Mr.T
    • Feeling a bit sniffly which is not great as I have a load of cheese and pineapple/pickled onion sticks to do for a friends 40th party tomorrow evening and tomorrow I have to make a mountain of prawn cocktail and chicken and mushroom volauvants!!
    • Wekend off work - which is always nice!
So, from me, for now I think that is about it! Geez, my life is exciting! ;)

  • Hi All!

Well - here we are again! And what a boring Friday it is!!! Online banking checked and everything is exactly where it should be! Dull or what? lol

Really need to get me arris in order and start planning for the festive period! It just seems to get harder every year.... a combination of not wanting to part with ridiculous amounts of money, people generally becoming harder to buy for and general lack of enthusiasm all round! But, I am sure I will soon get in the mood!

Back with more - if there is anything!!! x

  • Just a quick mid-week update from me..... Q.co is showing another £15 to be paid (that was the online game thingy!) and overtime has netted me approx £36.00 extra in this weeks wages!

Had a quick look at the CC statement - am hoping that OH has had a bit of a splurge and most of it is his!! ??
