When it said I had won £10 it told me to post the pack *and* the receipt. So I don't think the pack counts as proof of purchase. It stops shoplifters or bin scavengers claiming all the prizes I suppose. On the other hand it might be worth the cost of a stamp to send off the pack and a note saying you don't have the receipt any more - at worst you've wasted a stamp.

I sent mine off with everything they asked for, failed to make a note of the date but I'm sure it was about a month ago - no sign of my winnings yet

The only other thing I thought of was to buy another pack and send that receipt off.
Might that work?
The time on the receipt might scupper that though... as I'm sure they'll try to find a way NOT to pay out!

All shops have to keep til receipt for 7 years - if it's a £100 win you could go to the shop and request a duplicate receipt - easy to find if paid by card - can be difficult if paid cash.

Thanks Zoold, just won £50 - not bad for half a minute over a cuppa on a Sunday morning!

yes my cheque just over a month. I emailed them and they where able to tell me mine was getting dealt with last the next week
