Do you kiln fire any of your beads? Just looking for some advice on where I might get stilts smaller than 01 pottery stilts

Not for jewellery, for some christmas clay items I am working on - firing to 1100 degrees, and think I must be able to get some tinier ones somewhere

GLASSACT - if you are still around and reading this, would you know where I might get them?

Anyway, any help from either of you or any other jewellers who fire own beads would be much appreciated

try Cherry Haven 01929477137 suzanne. my kiln ones are quite small so they be the same ones you are after.good luck.:)

Thanks Glassact

I will give them a ring

xx

Thanks for coming back to me anyway!

Silverspirit gave me another contact today, and guess what it has gone out of my head - will have to send them a fb message - grrr, must be my age.

Glassact - I will let you know how I get on with Cherry Haven - thanks again!

• Hi folks,
we're virtually full up now for Warrenpoint Food & Craft Fair 13th & 14th August so a big thank you for all your support & interest, if you haven't returned your application form yet please do to
warrenpointfair2011@gmail.com, have a great weekend everyone!
• Can I ask what you do? Do you go to many fairs? I am fairly new to the strange but brilliant world of craft fairs but I have quickly made good friends at fairs. Months ago on this list it was realised that people were copying dates from this page and sharing with others on other forums but not share anything here. Everyone felt this wasnt right. Members on this page have had work copied by strangers So forgive "us" if you feel you are being picked on but we dont know you.
Us crafters have to stick together to help each other get through the good and bad fairs and believe me there are a lot of bad fairs at the minute.

I wish you every luck setting up your own page on FB, can I give you one piece of advice to set up a successful group you need to learn to take knock back and answer simple questions.

I look forward to meeting you at forth coming events, if you are looking for any of us, we are the ones catching up with other crafters and having brilliant craic! If you see us, come and introduce yourself we welcome everyone and anyone no matter what you make or sell.

Hi everyone

Firstly, can you all take a breath and calm down please?....

Right, back to the topic... :)

As this thread is about Craft Fairs this year I can't see why people aren't posting the dates on here as long as you're not advertising your own businesses? If you hear of one, please do and remember to be nice to all MoneySavers.

If anyone reads a post they feel breaks our rules please report it as usual.

Thanks!
Could you do with a Money Makeover?

• Thanks very much for the website address for craft fairs and events. I have been looking for it for some time as i have no interest in joining a face book group. Supermum--no i have not posted before under another name-i don't understand why i would think of doing that.
It is a sad fact of life that we are all very good at doling out criticism but equally very bad at taking it and considering that any of it might be true.

Thanks but my last request, I removed myself as I don't want to join now, I have joined another group. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! :)

As the forum team are aware of this thread, I will leave things be for now. If any members wish to remove posts, please feel free to do so under your own steam.

I really don't want to have to enforce the no chat, keep on topic rule, but if I have to start mass deleting posts that are off topic, I will.

Please please play nice and enjoy this thread for the purpose it was intended :)
