hello pump monkeys :wave: not a lot to report really probably no need for groceries today so a nsd/ keep an eye as always on the forex markets; otherwise decide on lunch and supper and that's about it really/ hope you all have a good day !!

I am back on the OS wagon. Fell off last year & it shows.

Having a NSD today. Changed my menu plan last night so I didn't need to go shopping till tomorrow.

Children back at school today. Lunch boxes are done.

When I get back from the school run I need to empty the DW & take down all the decs.

B: porridge/cereal
L: SW egg fried rice/lunch boxes
baked potato & beans/mac cheese

Right, had best get on. Baby can't get himself dressed!!!!

Get well wishes ESMF72 and anyone else under the weather, seems loads of people locally have the really bad cough that is doing the rounds at the moment

Gillian - I too suffer with SAD as do quite a few people on here, hope the light helps.

Kids have gone back to school today :j:j they have been driving me mad - this holiday has been just too long. Seems most people are happy to get back to normal.

Have a long day today. 5.5 hours on my 2nd job which is very busy so I won't get a break, however at least that way the time goes quicker.

OH is at home and is presently taking down the Xmas tree, think will be hoovering and washing the floors too

Dyno rod man came yesterday and cleared the blockage so we are all back to normal yay:T

DH at work and DS is just about to leave for school :j
My plans for today are to finish the mountain of washing and then DD can iron it for me. Followed by a month's LC meal planning so that we are ready to go on Monday - I am looking forward to it. I always have more energy when I low carb and so does DH

The light box works wonders for me too!

Im just hiding away at the moment whilst my son gets his cooking sorted. He has left it to the last minute despite me asking him in the holidays and is an assessed session. We normally practice the night before but he had coursework to hand in. Talk about driving me mad :mad::mad::mad:

Im going to see Mooloo today and have a cuppa at Cafe Halse so will rest up this morning so I have the energy. Hugs xx

DS1 gone back to school today, so just waiting for DS2 to wake up as he doesnt' go back until Monday.

Todays task is to clear DS1's room, hes wanting to sell some of his toys to buy a netbook so have been sorting out his SW figures, 97 so far and counting.

Think it'll be salmon for tea, got a huge freezer joint in Tesco reduced to £2.50 from £5.

OO sounds nasty what you and OH have got.

Today is soo dark, yesterday was the same, so ahem we ened up five ins late for school:o.

plan for today:

make some rhubarb tartlets or some such as have lots home made pastry leftove from yesterday.

Pack lunches are sorted boys and OH, just need to get my self motivated and finish sorting the freezer out. Were on a use up month. I have an aim to save £600 by the end of the month. I'm determined to sort out our finances and pay OH's gas safety registration.

Oops ust noticed the time better get a shift on.

morning all..well today started with a crash.....got up late.rushed to bathroom.........knocked on floor brand new 500ml shower gel in glass bottle that I treated myself to .........shattered into a thousand pieces......trod on glass.....cut foot......

good news is bathroom floor got the best clean its had in ages.floor is shining and bathroom has a lovley vanilla smell.......

At least they were 2for1 so second one is now standing on back of counter top....

Wm on ...bath mats in next.....no idea what for dinner....I dont think I can give oh heated up chilli three days in a row..... will see what I can find...

off to office for an hour then its back to procastinating.......

Morning everyone.

Glands hurt and my one ear keeps popping Clearly me shifting this stupid cold is a long way off grrrrrrr.
Had a mare getting DS ready for school. I had to force him into his uniform, he was crying, screaming and saying he doesn't want to go back. 2 and a half weeks it just too long off quite frankly. Thankfully by the time we got walking he'd calmed down and went in OK although he never said goodbye to me. Wonder if he'll mask today and be a nightmare when he comes home......
Off out at 10am, my mum is picking me and DD up and we're going to our favourite nursery to pick up their bags of spuds. then I really need to crack on with the housework

Tea will be a baked spud as I am back at tap class tonight (if I have the energy )

esmf - not cheap but have you considered an osteopath for your neck? Hope it eases soon xx
