    Targets for 2014 :

    OP mortgage £18000

    Pay £4260 into ISA
  • Went to B&Q and got decorating stuff which came to £43 but used vouchers given as wedding present then Mr Pincher took me to Pizza Hut as it's next to B&Q but he paid so it's been a no spend day again :j

Moozie - here's the recipe which came with my breadmaker - I hope that Mr Moozie likes it :)

    Marbled Chocolate and Vanilla Cake

    Ingredients
    225g (8oz) butter
    75g (3oz) caster sugar
    4 medium size eggs
    225g (8oz) self raising flour
    5ml (1tsp) vanilla essence
    75g (3oz) plain chocolate
    15ml (1tbsp) milk
    15ml (1tbsp) cocoa powder
    • Cream together the butter and the sugar.
    • Beat in the eggs gradually.
    • Fold in the flour, then divide the mixture into 2 bowls.
    • Melt the chocolate with the milk and add to the other bowl with the cocoa powder, mix well.
    • Remove the kneading blade from the bread pan and line the bottom and sides with baking parchment.
    • Place alternate spoonfuls of the vanilla and chocolate mixture into the bread pan, being careful to ensure the that mixture is inside the baking parchment. Then using a spoon lightly swirl the two colours together so that they combine but are not mixed.
    • Select the bake only program and enter 50 minutes on the timer.
    • After baking test with a skewer to see if the cake is cooked. If the cake does require extra time, enter a further 3-5 minutes on the timer. If it is still just slightly sticky this will cook through during the stand period.
    • Take the bread ban out of the breadmaker. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes before removing from the bread pan and allowing to cool.

I hope you enjoy it :D
