I dont understand why this company is still trading since these reviews are from 2011???
Despite there being poor reviews for this company on here, this is only one small website on the world wide web, a web that contains at a rough estimate, a couple of hundred million active websites.
Another point to remember is that even if there were hundreds of sites giving bad reviews for a particular company, these sites would be of no use whatsoever unless people do research and actively look for them before doing business with the company concerned.
Just about every day there are people on here looking for help because they placed orders on websites from companies that don't give an address, phone number, company number etc or whose from businesses who are advertising goods at a fraction of their true price.
If these sorts of indicators don't warn people off, there is little chance that websites such as MSE will help protect their money.0 -
Stay away from this company ! I forgot to do research before buying from them. I recently purchased a bed frame from them and it is useless. I am slim built and when I sat on the bed for the first time, the slat broke. It looked dodgy anyway, only two slats made of chipboard - very bad and stupid design.
When I complained, they said : it has happened because of wear and tear and they cannot do anything about this.
How come it is because of wear and tear when I only tried to use for the first time? It was reported to them within 2 months of purchase, it took a long to assemble and find a suitable mattress.
How do they think that a couple of chipboards (very weak) would survive on an adult's weight?
The Order Number of this purchase was: 88926 and the item was delivered in October, 2014. A complaint ticket was raised on 24th November, 2014.0 -
How on earth are they able to continue trading?
You expect this kind of service if someone knocks at the door unregulated, but honestly so many many many bad reviews and experiences any good ones I would hazard are faked as a company has to be amazing in general for someone to take the time, these are far from it!
I want my money back, it is stressing me out I do not have the time to keep contacting them and being lied to.
What can I do? The bank think I need to lodge a claim, surely there are other things in place here?
I need not write what is going on as well it would appear the internet is awash with the same stuff.
HOW ARE THEY TRADING?
1. So how do I get my money back quickly?
2. I do music I have nearly 20000 followers is it legal for me to post about them on my page to make people aware? More than anything I do not want some pensioner etc buying from these criminals.0 -

1) what you bought,
2) how much it cost,
3) when you ordered it?
4) how you paid for it?
5) what's wrong with it?
6) has it been delivered yet?
7) if so, when?Papaphone_Russ wrote: »I need not write what is going on as well it would appear the internet is awash with the same stuff.

Are there many pensioners among your followers?0 -
Russ , if you didn't find this post on moneysaving expert, it's not likely you posting on your own page is going to have a massive effect.0

I have bought a poorly made bar table from Furniture in fashion (Feb 2016). When assemble the table actually rocks side to side as the base is bowed out of shape. I reported the problem the afternoon we purchased it to the customer service rep on the telephone and also emailed them reporting the problem. We went through an online 'ticketing system' which I filled out. We then got an email saying that the case had been closed. We then rang them up again and had to go through the process again... after doing this several times and them claiming that they didn't receive the images we used retransfer.com to send the images and video which the company will definitely have received. After another phone call they deny they have the images and are asking us to go through the whole procedure again. The company just sends you around in circles and make it impossible for you to get a refund. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!0

I don't do on line post and don't do reviews.
I am only doing this one to help.
PLEASE don't deal with this company.
I am pretty sure their positive reviews are self generated.
The similarity and context isn't right.
My experience with them is true.
They are just simply awful. Be very wary when doing returns. What they are asking you to do is give up your statuary rights.
This is England. A lot of people have given a lot so you have protection.
My advice (and I didn't read any reviews first so shame on me!). AVOID!0
