    I have been shopping online with furnitureinfashion for over 2 years and i frequently visit their store based on bradshawgate, bolton. I am somewhat suprised and shocked with the thread posted here or should i say a hatred campaign which i suspect has been started by a competitor. If its not a competitor then something seriously has gone wrong here as i have never had any issues in quality of goods delivered or returning them for an exchange. The norm is that when goods are delivered they must be checked and signed for as per their terms and conditions, so i can only guess they were checked at time of delivery and accepted by the customer. What happens after accepting them is your guess as good as mine!!!

    I have been using their online store, their customer service is usually upto the mark and I haven't face any such problem.
