I've started to actually remove all those little pots of leftovers from the freezer so my lunched this week are a complete mystery until the microwave 'pings'

ha ha.....love it!
I've got leftover greek salad today (the last of the feta, some cucumber and tomatoes) but since its literally the last few scraps out of the fridge i've brought in half a loaf of bread to work. I wont eat the whole lot but it means i've got spare slices in the cupboard so if I get hungry I can just fill up on toast rather than feeling the need to wander to the shop.
Might bring in a tin of beans tomorrow....beans on toast mmmmmm.0 -
Beans on toast, I think I might have t bring that for tomorrow lovely!Sealed pot challange no: 3390

I'm with andy.m - I found a pot of what I think is left over sweet and sour in the freezer this morning, so I've bought that in with some cous cous as that's really easy to do at work - hope I'm right otherwise lunch will be a disappointment! Need to use some of it up as I'm running out of plastic pots!Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

I am signing up to htis as I used to be very good but have started to slip into bad habits.
On saying that I have brought toast or pancakes in for breakfast htree times this week and today is my third lunhc. Yesterday was a small left over roast dinner, so today's grape and stilton crackers is not as appealing.
and I have filled up the water fomr the water fountain

Yesterday was sweet and sour pork - phew!
Today I have a mini mircrowave pizza I found in the freezer and the end of a bag of salad from the weekend - part of my not wasting any food strategy.
So day 6 and I've had a different leftover/thing from freezer every day - not doing too badly! Think it might be repeat tuna and pasta bake tomorrow unless I find something interesting tonight!Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
