I would also like to join, because we do not have a staff room in work, but I am going to try and take in a TV from home and make a staff room so I don't buy lunches.
I am going home today for lunch, but hopefully by next week I will be able to watch TV at Lunchtime with my lunch from home!!
3 bought lunches in Jan, hopefully!!0 -
I am back again please! Not much money and a freezer full to the brim means I should be taking lunches in every day. Please put my target at only buying one lunch (& hopefully I won't even be doing that)
Today I've got chicken salad rolls
Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.0 -
trying to keep it realistic I will go for 4 bought lunches this month. I normally have a lapse once a week due to site visits/being lazy.
New tip: If I 'forget' to bring a lunch from home I have found a home made lunch buddy and we basically nip to the supermarket an dpick up a bread baton and some cheese etc and make a sandwich in work. Not quite home made but costs are similar!YNWA

Also went through some cook books last night for ideas of things to bring for lunch - shall update as I find new interesting ideas and look forward to hearing what everyone else is having.0 -
I was doing very well with bringing lunches, but new work has a canteen which has proved too tempting! Please put me down for max 4 bought lunches for Jan. Have lentil soup for today and next few days. Think I will make some cheese and pickle sandwiches for the freezer for mornings I sleep in. Used to do this but have really got out of the habit.0
