Hi guys,
Today is some yummy bolognase, a yoghurt and fruit for all. Making soup tonight so that should be us sorted for tue wed and thur, with meal leftovers being frozen for next week resulting in us needing less shopping next week! It's the greatest knock on effect ever!
My grocery bill has gone up a tad but that's nothing compared to the fifty or so quid I am saving a week on the canteen food. It's putting a very satisfied smile on my face!

Last day of the month and on target. I have leftover beef chow mein today. God it's lovely, and homemade with a receipe from The Takeaway Secret. That little book is making mealtimes so much more interesting.
I also have a container of broccoli and roquefort soup defrosting for tomorrow's lunch.
Congrats to all who made their target this month. And to those who didn't, just think how much you've saved anyway.
