Bah! Back to toast and soup for me today as I was at the cinema late last night and too lazy to get up and make lunch this morning.
I shall defintely make something tasty tonight to bring in the rest of the week. All your lunches sound so much more exciting.

Messed up yesterday as forgot my leftovers. However pleased with myself as went and bought a 52p soup and a roll for 28p which is a massive improvement on what I would have done before-'Oh damn I've forgot my lunch - I'll go to Pret and spend £6!"

A little update
Into week 2 and no bought lunches yet this month! In fact, I have spent nothing in the canteen
Today I have brought in, Quorn Cottage pie and left over greens. We have a microwave so really I have no excuse for buying.'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain'0 -
Still going here! Lunches at home for me everyday so far, and packed lunches for OH sorted (sleepily and occasionally begrudgingly!) the night before.
We ran out of sushi rice, so it's been quiche and salad on Monday, and left over Goulash today.Paying off CC in 2011 £2100/£1692

So far so good, got leftover couscous with some herbs peepers and prawns thrown in (random bits of stuff from the fridge). I did have some leftover pasta quiche from tea last night tupperweared up in the fridge but hubby polished the last piece off watching TV last night. Grrrr0

I've started to actually remove all those little pots of leftovers from the freezer so my lunched this week are a complete mystery until the microwave 'pings'
