    I just got an email the same as Karlie888, £50 voucher on it's way to me too for the hot air balloon flight, ah well, I'm happy about that.

    Just got this too... Kudos to them... they managed to rescue this into a good rep.

    Will be ordering from them again:

    Do those who have received the email have credit accounts or did you pay by debit card? I am just wondering if they are treating their "captive" customers differently.

    I havent received any email yet and I opened a credit account in order to get the hot air/paris/couples choice. Mine were all 'out of stock' too.
    Please God, help me stop spending!

    i have received a further 2 emails. exact copy of my first email, except that different virgin vouchers were stated.

    does that mean £50 x 3???

    could you track your order by logging in to my account? if you could then you have an account. you get the coice at checkout to add to account or pay now

    yes i could track my order. does that mean i have a credit account??? i did pay by debit card. i used the 'pay now' option.
