the money has gone from my account for the order..Just rang and they said my order has gone through ok..gone through as in yes the money has come out but will i get my order or not?

Has anybody called Very since they posted the last reply saying they were going to contact each customer individually? I am wondering whether to or not because if they are going to cancel my order I would like my money back. I don't like the idea of being £76 out of pocket while they get their act together...maybe that is why they are taking so long to reply so that we all get fed up waiting and just ask for our money back!?

maybe they're deciding whether to honour the glitch?? who knows with this company.....

I think once they have debited the money they are in a weaker position legally.

ah...i thought you meant 'whinge'...:)...wasn't going to ring....but i can see why people would be tempted. atm, they have £150 of my money which irritates me....quite a lot :mad:

When you say they have your money, is it showing up as pending or what?
This deal only came out yesterday, I can't see pending transactions on Egg, so I'm surprise so many people know for sure it's been definitely debited.
