Smokelyzer?? That's left me utterly foxed... Great that you've had a good day though.

And get at least some of the books open, get some notes written and stick some post its on random pages, seeing as you've got 4 weeks.... 4 weeks???? You're mad. I was the sad scholar who handed my dissertation in 3 weeks early...

Oh buddies what a laugh tonight

Discreetly swallowed a small peice of gum ........ Turns out it was " fluid filled gum" - some kind of breath freshening almost " locket " type set up, with loads of GOO in the middle !!

Well I reacted just as any lady would, with an unexpected deposit of liquid in her mouth...cough splutter choke.

Disaster, much hilarity at my expense, but , most importantly, our first boozy night SANS cigs, passing without calamity !

I am pleased with myself !!
A little tiddly so off to bed with a smug grin - another hurdle overcome !!

Jinty... fantastic. I spat my coffee all over myself reading this. How ladylike is that!! :rotfl:Ah well. Another image of mine tarnished ;)

How utterly brill that you got through the drinking bit too. You should be v v proud of yourself!

Yeah I used a Quitmeter the first and second times I quit (hangs head in shame) it helped sometimes and I used to stay up to see it change to another day because I is a flibbertigibbet and small things amuse me ;)

Good luck with the assignment tomorrow! I'm hoping we're less short staffed tomorrow, I'm supposed to be writing and delivering training to our Social Work students on placement but instead I'm answering the phones and picking up post and being Advice on call... stressful. :(

But tomorrow is a new day and life marches on! Here's to another day smoke free folks! <Raises coffee> and have a fabulous one.

    Night xx
