Happy birthday Tinks.
The weather is great here too in Northern Ireland. I was in Co. Durham once Beccles and the landscape is just like here. Looks like we get the same weather too. I was in Bishop Aukland and it was so pretty.
Juliet slept OK last night after a week or so of not sleeping well. She slept 7 hours then a feed then another 4 hours. She had been doing 9 hours without a feed, but that seems to have ended. I would love it if she would go back to that!0 -
Happy Birthday Tinks.
Thanks for the suggestion Beccles on my friends wedding, I'm going to use it word for word! Loving the 'having grandparents over for tea' bithday, I would be so pleased because I hate organising parties.
I love the uber cute baby photos, I remember when Erin was that size... forgot to look for a photo of her last night, will try to soon.
Erin seems to have got addicted to her 'sing and sign' dvd. Its half an hour long and if we let her she would watch it twice in a row and several times a day. I'm not sure it's healthy but at least she is learning all the signs and how to put the dvd in the laptop!Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Happy birthday Tinks
Jenny Squeak is mad about Waybulooshe first saw it at my friend's, and was absolutely awestruck by it. I have now recorded one for emergencies :rotfl:
It hasn't looked so nice here either MERFE, I went out with my big furry hoodie on and ended up sweating! So it's warm in spite of not looking great and meant to get warmer later.
There are two H&M's within travelling distance (and a third one that's 30 miles away) and they are all with loads of other shops. It's a conspiracy to make us spend more.
The one I tend to go to is near a big ASDA which does lovely bakery bread, their tiger chest loaf is to die for, I always end up coming home and having lovely thick sliced cheese and watercress doorstep sandwiches.
But watercress is healthy right? So loads of white bread and cheese is OK as long as there is salad(and I wonder where my figure went!:o)

I think Squeaks favourite is the go compare aliens! She looks like she is going to explode with excitement when they come on. I have no idea what she sees in them lol.
My twins were absolutely OBSESSED with in the night garden. I think it actually held them back speech wise because basically all they would say was crap from ITNG for over a year.
I'll admit we watch Postman Pat and Chuggington in the mornings, it helps occupy Squeak whilst we all get ready, but I try not to have kids TV on all the time, I feel bad for having it on all day with the other 3
I had best do the washing up. Bet I won't do it until the last minute!Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

That's so funny. My LO loves this too. If I'm BF her and she hears it in the background, she nearly jumps out of my arms trying to get turned around to see the TV. She loves Baby TV (Sky 623) and goes mad when Mice Builders comes on. She squeals and laughs and bounces so hard in her boucer she is nearly catapulted out of it!0 -
I don't think we have go compare aliens on freeview - haven't heard of it.
I'm thinking of getting Erin some happy land or something similar as she doesn't have any toys like that. Any recommendations or things to avoid? There looks like a nice farm on ELC but even reduced it's still expensive.Mum to DD born Oct 2009

Hi Jenny. It's the advertisement for Go Compare, with the man singing in an opera like voice. The current one has aliens on the moon.0

Oh you do!
It's the advert for Go Compare :rotfl:It just has blue aliens and the stupid singing moustache man.
ETA My lot had some Happyland stuff but never really played with it. They did like a toy kitchen they had at their Dad's.
They just liked things that made lots of noise.
Buy her a toy keyboard she'll be happy for yonks, but you'll need earplugs lol.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

Oh ok, I've seen that advert but it hadn't really registered on my consciousness.
