Earthquake was me, I sat on the floor and tooted :)

Sorry not been about much today, out until 6pm as DPs thing was an all day, then tea etc then tidy up and stuff so ((hugs)) for all who would like one and hope juliejim's DD had a great day x

Seafarer's I think I'd have just dumped him ...... Harsh but true. I'm with the girls who say set out YOUR life plans, what you want, I do this regular and if at any point my DP (who can be such a PITA I know) didn't fit into them, that would be the end of us. We have 2 children but I still need to be happy. He's a lazy toad at times, has some astonishingly annoying mood swings and habits but we adore each other, he's my best friends and for now at least we want the same things. I wouldn't have a child at all until I could be a mother, being a mother isn't living away from your child. Nobody would have children if they had to wait until they could afford it. I hope he sees sense soon or you get the truth from him either way. I will offer you ((hugs)) here for now, if you need a real one I'm not too far from you x

Hope the poorlies including mumof, soappie & triker DDs all feel better soon

Colds/flu - I'm well known for having colds which last all winter, they usually start by October half term and go away around February. I have liver issues etc which all effect immunity. Anyway I've mentioned it before but I've started using Vicks first defence hand stuff and nasal spray, handwash is in poundland here, anyway I hate chemicals like that but end up so unwell I thought I would try. I've not had my cold/flu yet ****touches all wood and other superstitious things* so as far as I am concerned (especially as DP and DSs have been poorly with colds) it works!! The nose spray does sting a bit but I can't knock it.

Oh and social, well you probably seen friends comments on FB that they don't see me much, been well over a year since I seen most. Christmas cards I think we had about 15-20. In laws? Can't stand WIL as you all know, his Dad/step mum are great but then there is just grandma, great aunt/uncle on that side. We do sometimes see his step Mam's family (Hull dwellers) who are nice but it's usually biannual visits. Not really a social bean. Most things we do are geeky car related things that involve discussing cars if anything. Tags with friends are usually car related meet ups/drives out. I have some friends but my main friend is DP, even Matthew's Mum I don't see much, when I take him out he's usually at grandma's. Just worked 'out in tax, insurance and service I'm paying out over £3000 a year without paying for the cars, repairs, fuel etc so you could say it's a big part of what we do.

Anyway I best go find my list and sort that, just editing my post #49 which i added the must do for this weeks to aswell. DP went to sleep at 7 as he's doing a practice run getting up @ 6 ready for work on Wednesday, joys! DS1 JUST gone to sleep so I think I might
One day I might be more organised...........

  • well ive had a reply from him

Of course i love you, if i am not aloud to be open with you on what ideas i have then how can i talk to you.

It was just a suggestion, which i know you wouldnt have liked, but still just a suggestion.

Am going to give it a few days before i will write to you again because i am just way to tired to argue with you and i really dont want to argue.
All i want is the best for you and thats all and sometimes i dont know why you cant see that.
You sometimes make me angry with you say to me but i would never question if you ever loved me or not or if you wanted me in your life or not as i really cant imagine my life without you no matter what happens.

so we are good and now i feel the need to apologise for being a bleep to him which just isnt going to happen anytime soon. im writing him another reply and then im heading off to bed. ive got the docs first thing for more painkillers so i might be signed off work for a bit longer, but will see what happens.

thanks for the hugs and advice everyone, it was much appreciated and taken on board. my life plans are marriage and family, thats all ive ever wanted and oh is the only man ive ever imagined having all that with so its just a case of we will see what happens. usually looking back on emails we have one huge blowout argument when he is away, but we havent had one this time so i suppose this could be classed as it. well heres hoping!

Seafarers, go to bed, get some good sleep with your painkillers doing their thing. Decide what your going to say to him later, write it out on paper, then you can read it back to yourself and see if it comes across "properly".

Good luck at the GPs anyways.
