I want to join in but I am still without running water. It makes the challenge all the more interesting. Luckily not too many things on the list which need water. Thank you pigpen.

Thanks too to Toots and everyone else who helps with the thread.

evening all, hope everyone is enjoying the new year.

i'm back again, going to try really hard to keep on top of the flying this year so i avoid those totally overwhelmed moments. had people round for food yesterday so the house is still quite tidy from that, which means i have a solid base to build upon

In the unlikely event that I actually manage to get up before I have to leave to see my brother and nephew, I'll see what I can do. And I'll need to finish my bedroom too.

Downstairs isn't too bad, so if I can keep on top if it, that'll give me time to sort out the study :o. I'd like to get everything clean this month, so I can start on the gardening/decorating that needs to be done if I'm going to sell....

    Evening all

Count us in again. We really need to get this place in order as plans are afoot for a VIP visit at some point  Muchos chaos clearance and dot2dotting needed!

Do have to report that I failed on the ironing challenge but there is not too much so shouldn't take too much to catch it up. Once the kids are back at school then I can really try and restore some order. They are not back until Thurs, and I am at work that day, it being a Monday an all :p so realistically it will be next week before we are back in a proper routine.
Toots - lovely to see you back - glad you are sleeping and starting to feel better - make sure it is only baby steps or I'll send AnWsMum to you - she can be a right one [thats the threat for my kiddies hehe] She has been a godsend to me too.

Saw this on the last thread, toots has had the full AnW's experience and I think only now is she recovering from it!!!! You are too kind it is you the kids are reacting to not me, glad things are going well.

I'm off to put DD to bed, then I'm going to go and do another batch of dishes. I hate it when I use lots of pans or mugs as there's never enough room in the drainer to get them all done when I finally shift my backside to do the washing up. New Years goal - to wash up at least once a day so minimise this happening ;)
