    £37.60 0n Onepoll...will I make it to £40 by next weekend I wonder?:p

Shopping today came to £68 - but I thought it'd be much more as in that I had a cardi for £5, top for £2 and earphones for dd1 at £7. I'll cover that money with spedning account money so groceries of £54 this week. I had a whole chicken, some cooked chicken, mince and plenty other bits so was pleasantly surprised;)

Tonight's dinner is curry - from a jar, nice and easy.

Great shopping bill and meal plan looks good. Nice and varied.

What make is the chicken tikka masala bag thing? I didn't know you could get one where you chuck in yogurt too.

It's a Colman's Season and Shake, got it for 49p:D We've never had it before though so can't vouch for its taste just yet...ask me again next Saturday;)

Glad you think our meals are varied - to me they're boring and repetitive but as long as girls are happy and eat it, I'm not fussed:) Tacos tonight which are a good Saturday night, sit on the floor round a picnic mat type meal:rotfl:

    What a lovely sunny Saturday:j
DD2 has just gone out to have a birthday lunch with friends - taking a couple of pressies from my stash and wrapped in very posh paper that ex bought for my bday pressies and left the rest of the roll here;) We ordered dd's friend a lovely card from Funkyp1geon, a photo of them both when they were about 6 - so cute. I ordered a Mother's Day card for my mum too so got the friend's card for 99p. And as I had money in my pre-paid account there that I'd forgotten about it felt like I got 2 free cards:T

DD1 is off to town in a bit, with her friend - the big sister of the friend dd2 is with. I'm giving no money, she has her own. And they're getting the bus - I'm not going anywhere today:D

2 loads of washing are on the line - I am getting old as I love seeing my washing outside:rotfl: I'll do the girls bedding and some towels tomorrow...assuming the weather is like today, not like last Sunday:o

Both girls want a nail varnish - so have given them both a £5 no7 voucher so they can have one for £2 - I looked the other day but didn't need one I decided. I do have a box of nail varnishes and it must have at least 15 in it;)

I've realised that I need some Spring work tops - the couple I bought in Asd@ have shrunk in length...that's what I get for buying cheap ones;) So I'm watching loads on ebay, nice Next ones...I must not go to Next online and buy any:o

The weather being so lovely has made me feel full of beans and motivation to tidy up....so going to get a list down...Benben, your lists inspire me:beer:

Right, will get the list down and I promise to return later to admit to what I've actually done;)
    • get dry washing in, taken upstairs and actually put away...not leave in a pile:o
    • dust lounge
    • hoover whole house
    • clean bathroom
    • clear my dressing table (well, it's actually the top of my chest of drawer:o) so I can fit in the lovely mirrored jewellery box girls gave me for my birthday.
    • dust my room and girls room
    • make banana muffins/loaf to use up pile of black bananas
    • ironing? Maybe tomorrow
    • sort things to ebay?
    • put a few bits up the attic - maybe bring down a few tshirts for Spring (if I have much;))
At some point in the next couple of weeks I need to look for more car insurance through Quidco or TCB. Also my breakdown renewal came - very expensive so that'll be cancelled. Will look for some very cheap cover - I hardly go anywhere so dont want to waste lots of money on cover.

Ok, time to get on - dusting downstairs and hoovering is first - I'm not allowed lunch until I've done that:rotfl:

Ok, well I haven't done that much from my list:o

I tidied my dressing table and got my lovely new jewellery box on there and filled up. I still need to dust and hoover upstairs though. Lounge and kitchen/diner have been dusted and hoovered and the bits and bobs put away. I went outside and tidied up the garden, emptying a few pots from last year and some dead plants - looks much nicer out there now:D

Just remembered I have a butternut squash in the fridge that's been there a while, so going to make some soup now. Not sure when girls will be back, but youngest being brough back and eldest is getting the bus.

I've bought 2 tops off ebay - one for £2.20+p&p and the other was expensive - £6+p&p:rotfl: See, I go into Next and see tops at £16 and think they're a bargain so would get them...on ebay that's expensive:p

Oh and I've been eyeing up sewing machines on Arg0s;);)
DD2 bought some leggings off ebay and they were too big for her teeny skinny legs so I took them in - took me about 1.5hrs last night - a sewing machine would have been brilliant:D I'm often taking up trousers of mine as I'm 5'4 and lots are just a bit long when I wear flats as I do for work.

Hmmmm....I was saving for an iPad2...saw Apple have them for £329 now as the version 3 out this week. Do I need it though?! (Obviously, no...I just want one:p). I have £131 at the mo - birthday money and Amazon vouchers saved from surveys. Ooooh decisions:)

I have a sewing machine that I bought from Argoose about 15 years ago. I used to be pretty handy with it but I haven't actually used it since about 1999 :o Last year I bought some material from 1kea and was going to ease myself in gently and make a cushion cover for the cushion on my Loyd Loom chair that's in my bedroom but I still haven't....

    It's on my To-Do list for 2012 :D

Arghhh my landlady is selling the house:( I'm stressed and could do without moving! But....hopefully we'll find a 3-bedroomed house so girls will get the longed-for separate rooms, it'll be brilliant if that happens.

I'm viewing one house on Wed morn, but the one we really want is on Rightmove but showing as already let...it's with my current agent so going to ring and check in the morni, i know it's been like that on Rightmove for a few weeks - fingers crossed it's all gone wrong and it's still available:)

Urgghhh...the thought of packing up and moving is not good at all...but I will be so happy to see my girls in their own rooms. I'm sure it'll work out for the best - i just hate the fact that today I don't know where I'll be living soon and when I'm going, weird:o:o
